Resident and patient safety is of the utmost importance in healthcare. Ensuring staff practice and recall fundamental elements of patient safety and care is vital.

 

The Resident Safety Educational Escape Room (EER) offers an immersive gamified training experience that increases knowledge, boosts confidence, and improves problem solving skills. Designed specifically for employees working in the skilled nursing setting, it helps staff to think quickly while reinforcing safe resident care practices. These sessions promote teamwork, critical thinking, and staff communication across an organization.

 

Teams of up to six collaborate to answer safety questions, recall protocols, and solve timed puzzles to identify and mitigate safety hazards.

EER training is delivered in one-day sessions for up to 72 participants, divided into flexible 30-minute time slots.

 

We bring the experience to your site—staging it in a vacant or model room—or provide a hybrid option led by an expert facilitator online.
