Our Skin Care training boosts knowledge, confidence, and problem solving skills

The Skin Care Educational Escape Room (EER) offers gamified training that engages licensed and unlicensed nursing staff in interactive, hands-on learning focusing on care of frail, aging skin susceptible to injury and impacting quality of life and overall health. Teams of 4-6 solve timed puzzles to identify and mitigate safe skin care practices, promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and communication.

 

This immersive experience increases knowledge, boosts confidence, and improves problem solving skills. Designed specifically for employees working in the skilled nursing setting, it helps staff to think quickly while reinforcing safe resident care practices.

EER training is delivered in one-day sessions for up to 72 participants, divided into flexible 30-minute time slots.

 

We bring the experience to your site—staging it in a vacant or model room—or provide a hybrid option led by an expert facilitator online.
