Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Events

Cancellations must be received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the event start date to receive a refund, less the applicable processing fee. Individuals are responsible for canceling their registration online before the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be issued after the deadline or for no-shows. Substitutions are permitted.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the initial request and will be issued to the original payer.

Community Guidelines & User Content – Interactive Areas

HAPevolve and Healthcare Preparedness Solutions’ digital platforms, including hapevolve.com, Healthcare Preparedness Solutions (HPS), and associated social media channels, may contain interactive features ("interactive areas") that allow users to post comments, questions, or other content (“user content”).

 

By submitting content to an interactive area, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your participation and use these areas at your own risk. You represent that you are 13 years of age or older, and if under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to participate and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Community Guidelines

When posting content or participating in interactive areas on hapevolve.com, HPS platforms, or affiliated social channels, you agree to the following:

  • You will not post content that violates the rights of others, including defamatory, harassing, or threatening material.

  • You will not post content that includes or promotes discrimination, bigotry, obscenity, vulgarity, or profanity.

  • You will not post content that promotes illegal activity or provides instructions for illegal acts.

  • You will not post content that contains advertising, solicitations, or spam without prior written approval from HAPevolve or HPS.

  • You will not impersonate another person or entity, including HAPevolve or HPS staff.

  • You will not upload viruses, malware, or any material intended to disrupt or damage systems.

  • You will not violate copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights.

  • You will not collect or post others’ personal information without consent.

  • You will not engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying HAPevolve or HPS websites or services.

Any person determined by HAPevolve or HPS, in their sole discretion, to have violated these guidelines may be restricted from further posting or use of the interactive areas.

You agree that you have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your submitted content. HAPevolve and HPS reserve the right to remove or edit any user content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Monitoring

HAPevolve and Healthcare Preparedness Solutions reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove any user content posted on hapevolve.com, HPS platforms, or social media channels. Content may be reviewed to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to satisfy any legal or regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your own submitted content.

HAPevolve and Healthcare Preparedness Solutions (HPS), along with their associated logos, trademarks, and program names, are the exclusive property of HAPevolve and its affiliates.
All other trademarks or logos appearing on hapevolve.com or HPS-related materials are the property of their respective owners.
