Workplace Violence

This exercise evaluates the facility’s ability to recognize, respond to, and manage escalating threats involving aggressive
behavior and potential violence. Participants will assess incident reporting, de-escalation, law enforcement coordination, security awareness, staff safety, and the facility’s ability to rapidly activate lockdown and protective measures when a potential threat is identified.
